This is adjectives roughly speaking you and what you are comfortable next to...women are different shapes, sizes, etc. You would own to try a few different brands and see what works for you.
I know that almost every brand out in that have a light-weight substitute and that might be more comfortable for you. I use Tampax and I'm relatively relieved near those - the 'oil lamp' choice is small and should work pretty ably.
