My husband and I are TTC? I went to my OBGYN to receive on Clomid and get me hormone level checked to make sure everything be balanced and ok to start the Clomid since I know I was not pregnant. My OBGYN started beside a vaginal examination and after started to do a vaginal ultrasound. Having one child already I know how expensive u/s are so I said I knew I be not pregnant since I took a test this morning and told her I didn't want/need to enjoy one done. She literally did a 10 second check without my consent and in a minute a month later I am getting billed for a $300 ultrasound. What should I do? Has anyone ever be in this situation up to that time? What happened?

You might want to renovate doctors if she's not willing to communicate beside you. There's a good possibility the hospital have rules about not proscribing sure meds unless certain test are done - and she was merely following rules (which you can call and ask about)...but she should enjoy at least told you that.
