It seems your friends daughter is hitting puberty at a young at heart age. If she does not like the coat then she could shave it but rememeber to communicate her that once she starts shaving she has to maintain up with it and it is a hassle. i think its too untimely to wax it. but if its starting to get really gummy or noticeable..later maybe you could shave it. it depends on the girl. shes at a childlike age but she may be ready.Is it an issue to the girl. ? If it isn't let her be a child . She'll agree to you know if it bothers her.
