I feel bloated after every spread.Help!?


I feel bloated after every lunchtime and it is very discomfited.I used to have that bloated sensation only during my monthly period but now its resembling after every meal.I surface like I'm pregnant but I'm not, honest.What can I do ?Any suggestions?

I know exactly the opinion you mean, I win it whenever I eat a "normal" sized spread and it's horrible. I seem to thieve after my dad who can't eat substantial meals any but it doesn't bother me because I just chomp through smaller meals spread throughout the afternoon.

But if it's just started not long and you're worried, get checked out by your doctor a moment ago to be on the safe side. It's probably nil, but it's better to be checked out and put your mind at ease.

i no how u feel, i'm like peas in a pod most of the time. the things that really make me bloat are fruit erm close to really startchy and podgy foods they take ages for me to digest. i find that drinkin regularly, exercise (even newly walkin the dogs) and eatin smaller meals assist. but then again at hand mayb somethin that ur intolerant to such as wheat. i've read stuff bout people bein incompetent to eat anythin containin gluten and abiding wheat. may u cud try gettin a food intolerance test. bt i freshly find the smaller meals and exercise help me. hope this helps.

Watch your portion size and brackish levels. Everyone should munch through as much as their fist in portions. As for brackish, elevated sodium levels do bloating.

after every lunchtime it could be somethin u eat that doesnt agree next to u it would be trial and error to take out different parts of ur dinnertime to find out wot makes u bloat. if i munch through chips or ne kind of potato product i get the impression really tired afterwards thats y i eat them products close by bedtime.
