Its sturdy to get rid of them adjectives the way, but surrounded by my experience (shaved for years), this works the best.-Exfoliate the area right until that time and right after shaving. (Not too hard, because you will irritate the skin) Exfoliate in between shaving roughly speaking every three days (again, not too rough, or you won't have any skin down at hand at all. Reason is: it open up the hair follicle, so you avoid those little bumps. Also, exfoliating previously removes dead skin cell, so you get a closer shave, making it finishing longer!
-Shave every 7-10 days. I know you will be prickly in between, but if you do it any more regularly, you will more than likely gross yourself bleed because the hair is so coarse and not long ample yet.
-After you rinse and dry rotten, put antiperspirant deodorant on the area. (Unless you hold any kind of allergies, ask your doctor. It works on me though) This keep from razor burn and make it soft.
