Switching from the pill to the patch...complications?

I recently switched from ortho tricyclen lo to ortho evra. I have been on the pill for nearly 4 months when I switched to the patch. When I switched to the patch, I used the light of day one start so I could continue to not use a condom. I merely took off my second patch and it is my patch free week. I took it off on monday and it is presently wednesday and I do not have any cramps and I usually do. Also, my breasts hold been incredibly sore. They started getting sore and have grown slightly a bit since the first week I started taking the patch. Could something have happen in the switch and could I be pregnant?

Do anti-biotics affect birth control?

Its so difficult to enunciate, the answer can be, as you know, a yes or a no, no other answer is valid :)

It might be the switch that made the change or it might be pregnancy. I suggest waiting another 2 weeks at lowest possible and if you get no term, have a pregnancy trial. I hope for your sake you are not pregnant.
