I enjoy a really itchy rash on my thighs and outer vaginal nouns. What could this be?

I had a over-hasty that started on the inner part of my thighs, benign of like a grill rash and next started to spread all over my thighs, but singular around the vaginal area, and I also hold a rash on the nouns surrounding my vagina. I have used hydrocortisone creams to stop the itch, and they relief temporarily, but I am wondering if anyone else has ever have this problem and what it could be?

Have no health insurance right presently, so can't go to the Dr's.

Does this nouns like a type of yeast infection on the outside of my vaginal nouns and thighs?

Could it be Dermatitis?

I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks so much! :-)
