Um, how to put this tactfully.... :)You probably have an especially energetic/rough night. It's middle-of-the-road, especially if you haven't done it in awhile. well, the cramps could own happened whether u have sex or not (just regular period stuff). but, the sex make ur uterus contract more, so that could be it. i also heard that because of these increased contractions it help the period move along faster.
