i would be one of the wonderful bed ridden ones when mr. cramps comes knocking..
Anyways.. at times it might appear like its going away, afterwards BAM! it comes back strong. Or if your lucky, your extent his short lol. Tampons or Pads... hmm.. i've always preferred pad just because..not one for the process of wearing a tampon, feel wierd. But that's really up to you. There are risks with tampons, as capably as pads i construe. But the risks associated with pad are more to do with cleaniless. My mother used tampons, and as a result of that be told she couldn't concieve anymore. And best of luck to you, on the whole not have cramps thing. Make sure you transport vitamins that contain iron, that's good for your body because of adjectives the blood loss, and try being helpful.
Its normal. some girls own 2 day period. some have 10.. All depends. no u might enjoy cramps later on. SOme ppl enjoy them once in awhile. Its adjectives up to u if u prefer tampons or not. If its extremly light i suggest not using tampons. I also suggest not using tampons for a few months. Its adjectives up to u if u wanna use tampons or pads.
Little bit of torment while having sex.?
dont count on never have cramps. thats wishful thinking. since your just starting pad are best for the first year so you can get used to your cycle and swot your flow. the average length is 3-7 days your on the shorter side it may pick up for a day or so count your blessings while you can and please talk to your mother she is your best source of info on this subject not a group of strangersIs this middle-of-the-road for a teenage girl?
when you first get hold of it you should always enjoy a pad surrounded by handy jsut incase because ur body is still getting used to it and in the begining itll come and go more afterwards once a month its also a good concept to keep trakc of the date you get it so you could predict the subsequent time you get it and again hold a pad handy and not gain embarresed and im not sure if tampons are better i herdd they'r bad for your body and no logically you wont be lucky lol; ull start getting them later on hope that help [=congratulations! Welcome to womanhood! i totally agree beside the previous posters advice and will make the addition of one more: if you are sexually active--and I hope that you are not--you also entail to look into birth control. Talk to your doctor..get as informed just about your body as you can.. good solid information is immensely important for a babyish woman.
Dear Help,
Because it is your first interval, things will be wonky for a while, possibly even up to a year. Some will be very night light, others heavy, sometimes cramps and sometimes not, it is really too impulsive to say.
I would suggest pad intitally, simply because they allow you to have a better concept of your flow and are not toxic if you forget to change them recurrently enough. Tampons would be great once you are used to your interval, but beware of toxic shock syndrome, be sure to read the enclosed info that comes next to the tampons.
I would recommend speaking to an older feminine in your vivacity that you are comfortable with, possibly your mother, sister, grandmother or lately a good friend, but do anything is comfortable for you. This is something you should be happy beside, you are a healthy young-looking woman. Good luck and congrats by the by :)
Thats completely common. Are you active? I own the same piece, I get no cramps or anything close to that and mine lasts at most 4 days, and I'm really busy. keep up anything you're doing and trust me enjoy it while you can! It may alteration, but be thankful you get to be one of the lucky ones! I know girls who are bed ridden during their whole period because of cramps
