how can i stop cutting myself?my mom abuse me but i called this place and told them and they are trying to fix her but in the stingy time i am suffering and i have beeen adjectives myself since february.its like i want to stop really desperate but once i start i cant stop!!help plz thanx!

find something that intrests you and when u feel approaching cutting do that instet it could be writting poetry(that help alot) of drawing or exerising or anything u want to do
