Am i becoming more anemic?

I am 31 weeks pregnant. I had a routine blood test at 25 weeks which my iron level were also checked. I had fundamentally high iron levels at the start of my pregnancy at 6 weeks (15 hemoglobin, 42 hematocrit) basicallyan "A plus". Is within something wrong wtih my nipple?

the most common sign of anemia is tiredness. and this can ensue in anyone. if you are worried just guzzle more iron. not that big of a deal. get a steak for dinner. enjoy some peanut butter cookies. it will go up immediately. if you don't devour meat then eat beans. you should enjoy this everyday. iron is important. so go ahead seize a bag of peanuts or a philly cheesesteak sandwich!

Ok so what is this??

If you are that concerned, call your ob/gyn and narrate them. If your doctor is not concerned, then don't worry something like it. The 16th will be here before you know it. No one can tell if your iron level are getting lower unless you have bloodwork done.
