It usually stops when you change or stop pills...I go from no sex drive to a decent one when I switched from OTC lo to Yasmin.

No.. its merely a prevention for getting pregant I have set people that it increases your sex drive because you are gettimg more hormones from the pill but i would be wrong..it is not secure to keep pills continuously but it may not make smaller sex drive but it will create problems for uterus now or latter.
