A 21 year old womanly
42" waist (NEVER BEEN PREGNANT)
?lose at LEAST 50 pounds and be 135
with a flat stomach, or "ordinary size waist" with more everyday or average measurements.
(obviously with lean muscle weigh more than fat, the leading focus would be measurements as oppossed to weight, but roughly what I stated above)
SOMEWHERE between 115 and 135 pounds with a nice looking toned shape.
First of adjectives, is it SERIOUSLY possible?
How many of us hold REALLY seen someone lose this much counterweight, and transform in front of us over time?
WHAT SHOULD SHE DO?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
6months? 2 years?
Can you even lose 50 pounds within 6 months?
I know, I know, I mean, diet and exercise, but HOW? Eat what? Eat it when? What types of exercise? How repeatedly? How much? When?
Has anyone been there/done that?
You know, when you grain unattractive and overweight, human being your ideal size is unimaginable.and it seem so hopeless?
Is it POSSIBLE to walk from 185 pounds 42" waist, 14" arms, down to between 115-135 next to a flat tummy n toned?
