i know you’ve probably read plenty of girls asking for your help to lose freight.
but its not necessarily losing weight.
but acquirement more muscle mass, and toning my legs a bit.
i have a somewhat slender shape, beside the right curves.
but i dont like them much.
i own 3 target zones psyche like assistance with.
upper arms, tummy, and thighs.
i personally do not HATE them
but it would be a nice promotion for them to be what i wanted.
so if any of you enjoy any ideas what i can do
