I am working towards becoming a pro boxer- so I train 5 days a week around guys and my hot trainer. My problem is – my period sucks! Most of the time I become anemic and finishing up feeling really tired near bad cramps. I can usually use some excuses for approaching a day or two, but the bottom row is I am too embarrassed to share him so I just conclude up flaking or sucking it up. I don’t mind sucking it up and working out, but usually he will end up yell at me for a bad or stale performance. So what should I do or articulate that will not be completely embarrassing contained by this guy like environment?
