There really isn't anything you can say-so or do. It's a death and she have to mourn it. I had one and it be devastating. People would say, " Oh, you can try again" Don't enunciate it! As it happened I did own another baby, but still reflect about it adjectives these years later. It is a incredibly sad time for her. Just be within for her if she wants to address.
