It will most likely jump back to common but you have to deduce you just spent 2yrs or so "tricking" your body into believing you be prego, so to speak and after you give birth you own a "period" outta this world (trust me). So just expect of it like you simply gave birth w/o the screaming babe, warped body and immense stomach-ache in other regions. ;~)

after you catch back into nature routine it will get better =may filch 2or 3 months though=good luck

It probably will turn back to somewhat everyday after a few months, but your body is sort of in shock from the insufficiency of its normal hormone level. If your period still is unhealthy, painful, and disruptive, look into getting onto another hormonal birth control.
